Next, we came back to London for a few days and then it was off to Paris, France. Now let me tell you, our directors told us that our days were going to be packed, but they were NOT messing around. I have never before thought to myself "I think my feet are bleeding"...but I did...twice on this trip. But no one fret! No bleeding feet here...just awfully sore ones! We averaged about 10-12 miles per day and just had the most amazing time! In the time we were in France-Wednesday morning to Saturday night-we did the following:
- Sainte Chapelle
- Notre Dame
- LOTS of delicious crepes, macaroons, gelato, and french pastries
- Lourve (twice)
- Eiffel Tower in the day
- Eiffel Tower at night
- Cluny
- Musee D'Orsay
- Versailles Palace
- Chartes Cathedral
- Romping the streets of Paris in the pouring rain because we had no idea where we were!
Holy Hannah right?! My gosh. We did SO much and my whole body hurt so bad by the time we were done! But it was absolutely amazing. The people there get a rep for being super rude, but we found that all the people we encountered were wonderfully friendly and cheerful. Particularly the gentlemen in the little bakery where we got macaroons and pastries and an adorable couple atop the Eiffel tower. It was however a little strange and at times difficult to be in a place where not everyone speaks English, but we managed to get by okay :) Once more, here's a few photo highlights from our trip!
The inside of Sainte Chappelle. Which was absolutely BREATHTAKING. Literally had to keep my jaw from dropping to the ground.
Notre Dame
Love Lock Bridge!
Paris in the rain!
The Lourve!! :)
Our favorite place to get Crepes!
There she is! In all her beauty!

Chartes Cathedral from the back!
If you look REALLLLLY hard, you might be able to make us out, but a nice lady from Paris took our photo in the middle of the night at the Eiffel Tower :)
Last Day :(
It's not Paris without some French Pastries right?!
Well! We've had some adventures since being back in London, but I'll put those in another post so as to not bore you all to death! Thanks for reading about all my adventures! It's been a lot of fun to share them with you all! Much love <3
